Vacation in Florida Part 1
We had a wonderful trip to Kissimmee, Florida for a little family vacation. We stayed at a vacation house with four bedrooms, a pool and all the room a little girl needs to run around. It was right around the time of Daddy's birthday, so we had to celebrate, of course!

Hoppy Easter!
T has been walking and talking and keeping us very busy. She is talking a bit, saying "Daddy", "Pup pup" (for the dogs), and recognizing bananas and asking for one at every meal.
Easter was lots of fun. We enjoyed seeing so many cousins and catching up. We were also present for Baby Asha's baptism, which was very special! Thank you for all the fun gifts for our little girl!

New Shoes!
Marmy took Therese to get her first pair of walking shoes. We visited the local shoe store. Therese was very good when he was sizing her feet. Thank you, Marmy! She even got her first balloon. She liked her shoes so much that she's been playing with them at home, placing them carefully in the dishwasher basket....

Fun to Be One!!!
The birthday girl had so much to celebrate! One whole year! She was very busy hosting her fans and enjoyed her first chocolate cupcake. She received many sweet gifts; books, a popper from Marmy and Grandpa R, a lion from Nana and Granddad B, a talking octopus from Auntie Carrie and Uncle Emre, pretty clothes from Auntie Abby and Uncle EJ, and a special apple corer and clothes from her Auntie Ellen and Uncle Mike.

Christmas in England: London, Part Two
Therese had a beautiful Naming Ceremony, led by Auntie Heather. Therese is named after her Godmother, Ellen Theresa, and St. Therese. She is also named Rose after her maternal grandmother and greatgrandmother. It was a lovely ceremony with a beautiful cake, ordered by Nana B. Great Grandma B. hosted this lovely event and we were so happy that Auntie Ruth attended. Therese was blessed with water from Lourdes and is watched by her Godmother Ellen and Godfather Pete. She even wore her special Cherry Dress to celebrate!
