EJ's Wedding

Uncle EJ was married this past Saturday to Abby. We are so happy to have Abby as an official member of the family. Therese was in her finery and did very well, even drinking water from a big girl glass!

Baby Trip to the Lake

Therese and I traveled with Marmy R. for a quick few days to the Lake. She was very busy eating her first 'biter biscuit' and having a bath in the sink. Such a big girl!

Baby Starts Carrots!

Miss Therese is getting so big. The doctor visit was a success. Our little girl is 16 pounds, 3 ounces. She suggested starting more solids. Daddy and I took a vote and decided on carrots. Miss T loves them! Here's our baby food process and her first taste! Everything 'came out ok' by the way. The last photo is her trying out a biter biscuit. She's not too sure about those yet...

Baby Day at Zoo

Miss Therese has been very busy lately. She's been working on the computer with Mommy and doing lots of rolling over. She invited Daddy and Auntie LN to the Zoo on July 4th weekend. No pictures of the animals; just the baby!

Water Baby

Therese was invited to swim at Auntie Ln's private pool. She was a natural! The two pictures of her on her belly; these are official pictures of 'rolling over'! She's a master. She's also starting to hold her bottle by HERSELF. Such a big girl!

England Visitors!

We were so lucky to have Grandad and Nana B visit us from England. Miss Therese was very busy entertaining her guests. There was so much to do! Grandad had to walk with her often, Nana had to give her a bottle, Therese needed to entertain Grandad on the floor...the list goes on. We had such a special time with them!

Pictured also: Therese's engraved spoon and fork from her grandparents. Their sweet neighbor Breta sent the adorable clothes. Thank you again Breta! And our elusive Mr. Cardinal munching on a strawberry...that pic is posted for Grandad:) We were so glad to have them visit...

Aunt Heather Visit and First Meals...

Miss Therese has been SO busy with all of her visitors. We all really enjoyed Aunt Heather's visit! Aunt Heather came to stay with the Princess after visiting Carrie and Emre and also relatives in Texas. We enjoyed our talks and sitting out on our covered porch in this lovely weather.

Therese has had many 'meals' lately. First she started cereal. She thought the consistency was a bit odd, as seen by her expressions! So far it's staying down great and she's healthy and happy with it. Next on the menu, fingers. Mighty tasty. And for dessert, toesies! Are any of us this flexible?

Aunt Carrie and Uncle Emre Visit

Miss Therese was soooooooooo excited to meet her Aunt Carrie and Uncle Emre. They came up for a fun trip to the States. We had a lovely dinner together our first evening at home. Then Rob, Carrie and Emre were able to attend the local Cardinal baseball game. Aunt Carrie was a natural, feeding Therese from a bottle at a local restaurant. She will grow up and look just like her!!!
